Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1 : Arrived at Airport
Arrive Kilimanjaro airport, meet your safari guide who will be waiting outside with a sign board with one of your names. Soon after proceed to maasai land in western Kilimanjaro. Western Kilimanjaro is famous for hikes given by Maasai warriors. Staying at Masai Lodge will give you a chance to be very close to Masai people and their culture. Staying in the area will give you a chance to experience the people and see the beautiful flora and fauna found in the Kilimanjaro region. Here you will be in a traditional Maasai house; we call it Osiligilai Masai Lodge.

Day 2 : Full activities at Masai Village
On Second day of Safari and Zanzibar Package Start A beautiful morning with a great view of Mt Kilimanjaro, it is amazing how Mt. Kilimanjaro and Mt Meru are clear from this area. For Mt. Kilimanjaro, if you don’t get to see it early in the morning, then you will probably see it in the evening. Mt. Kilimanjaro can be shy, but the possibility of seeing it is also very high as you are spending nights in this area.
From several activities at this area, Masai dance, boma visit and walking are one of the never miss activities. Relaxing on the swimming pool area is also nice, if you do not want to go for any activities. All meals and overnight at Osiligilai Masai Lodge

Day 4 : Drive to Tarangire National park
We are glad to have you staying with us and now is the time to say goodbye so you can start your journey to visit Tanzania beautiful and famous national parks. Today you will start with Tarangire National Park. The park is named after the Tara River within the park. Tarangire National Park is very popular with many elephants as well as other animals like Lions, wildebeests, buffalos, zebras, leopards etc. This park has an area of 2,850 km². The Tara River is used by animals for water. Tarangire National Park also has very large baobab trees that have lived for many years.
By 08:00hrs in the morning, your driver will be waiting for you while your packed lunch is ready in the car. You will head directly to Tarangire National Park for all day game drive. During lunch hours, you will have a picnic lunch inside the park and enjoy the packed lunch we would have prepared for you.
In the evening you will head to Pamoja Olea Farm for dinner and overnight.

Day 5 : Drive to Serengeti National Park
This is probably going to be one of the most exciting days of your safari. The great Serengeti will be within your reach. On this day, you will leave with a packed lunch after breakfast and head towards Serengeti through Ngorongoro. You will leave Pamoja by 0730hrs. On the way the rift valley will be one of the most beautiful views in front of you and a stop at the Ngorongoro Crater Viewpoint will be the highlight of the drive.
‘Serengeti’ is a Maasai word that means ‘Endless Plain’ as it represents a vast plain that goes towards the horizon. It is about 14,763 square kilometres and consists of three parts: the northern, southern, and central (Seronera). Serengeti is known for the existence of The Circle of Life and demonstrates this through The Great Migration. During this time of the year, the wildebeest will be moving from the Serengeti eco system via Mara River to Masai Mara In Kenya and vice versa. This is an amazing safari experience so far.
You will arrive at Serengeti in the afternoon and stop for picnic lunch then proceed with game drive in this beautiful endless plain.
After the long day, you will head over to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay at Heritage Mara Camp Serengeti. Get to have a beautiful of the Serengeti in the nighttime and enjoy the closeness to Mother Nature.
Accommodation at Mara Heritage Tented Camp
Mara Heritage Camp Serengeti is located in a very potential area of the Northern Serengeti, if you are lucky enough, you might meet the pride of lions just a few meters from the camp. Do not worry; your safari guide and the camp staff know what to do when the dangerous animals are too close. The tents will have twin beds or big beds, a private shower, and a toilet inside.

Day 6 : Serengeti National park full Day
Today you will go for your full game drive in northern Serengeti National Park. Serengeti National Park is undoubtedly the best-known wildlife sanctuary in the world, unequalled for its natural beauty and scientific value, it has the greatest concentration of game plains in Africa. The Serengeti ecosystem is one of the oldest on earth. The essential features of climate, vegetation and fauna have barely changed in the past million years. Some patterns of life, death, adaptation and migration are as old as the hills themselves!
In the evening, you will be driven back to Heritage Mara Tented Camp for dinner and overnight stay in the marvelous Serengeti plains.

Day 7 : North Serengeti to Central
Another morning game drive in northern Serengeti before heading to Central Serengeti. Your safari guide is very professional and will make sure you have an unforgettable safari experience. Depending on how the game drive is in the north, you can talk with your safari guide about when to leave this area. Driving to Central Serengeti is never a boring drive, on the way you will still see so much. Enjoy your packed lunch in the middle of nowhere, then proceed. Arrive in your accommodation late evening for dinner and overnight.
Serengeti never disappoints; this park has been chosen again as the best national park to visit in Tanzania. Your choice to visit is one of the best. In Central Serengeti, you will have an overnight stay at Moyo Tented Camp.

Day 8 : Serengeti national park to Ngorongoro
Your last game drive in Serengeti. I hope so far you have been amazed at how big and beautiful Serengeti is. After breakfast, depart with a packed lunch for a game drive on your way to Ngorongoro. You will arrive at Pakulala Tented Camp late afternoon and enjoy the beautiful view of the crater from here. Dinner and overnight at Pakulala Tented Camp on the crater rim.

Day 9 : Ngorongoro Crater tour
Known as the 8th wonder of the world, Ngorongoro Crater is known for its exquisite beauty. The animals are known to be active in the early morning thus an early morning drive is highly recommended. Depending on what you decide with your safari guide; you could have breakfast at the camp and carry packed lunch or you could either carry both packed breakfast and lunch. On this day, you will descend into the crater which is filled with both vegetation, forestry and animals. The crater was formed by volcanic activities in the past that caused the creation of a caldera. The caldera got deeper and bigger with a depth of about 610meters.
Ngorongoro Conservation Area covers an area of about 260 squared kilometers. Get to explore Africa’s ‘Garden of Eden’ in the comfort of your safari vehicle and get to spot the Big five – Elephant, buffalo, leopard, black mane lion and the rare black rhino. You will also be able to see hyenas, jackals, flamingos and the yawning hippos. Enjoy a delightful picnic lunch in the heart of this ancient volcanic crater close to the hippo pool.
After a long day in the crater, late evening drive back to Haradali Home for dinner and overnight

Day 10 : Fly to Zanzibar
After a memorable stay on the Northern Circuit, it is finally time to fly to Zanzibar Beach. On this day, you will have breakfast at your own pace, start driving back to Arusha and transfer to the airport for your flight to Zanzibar (booked by you). Thank you for choosing us to be part of your great safari experience in Tanzania. Accommodation is at the Mizingani seafront hotel.

Day 11 & 13 : Zanzibar
