Day-by-Day Itinerary

Day 1. Depart Arusha to Serengeti National Park

After breakfast leave Arusha at 0630am with packed lunch and proceed to Serengeti National Park via Ngorongoro. Arrive Serengeti in good time for lunch and proceed with game drive.

Serengeti National Park is undoubtedly the best-known wildlife sanctuary in the world, unequalled for its natural beauty and scientific value, it has the greatest concentration of plains game in Africa. The Serengeti ecosystem is one of the oldest on earth. The essential features of climate, vegetation and fauna have barely changed in the past million years. Early man himself made an appearance in Olduvai Gorge about two million years ago. Some patterns of life, death, adaptation and migration are as old as the hills themselves, In the evening drive to Into Wild Tented Camp for dinner and overnight.

Overnight at Into Wild Serengeti

Day 2 : Full day Game drive in Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, depart with packed lunch full day game drive in Serengeti. To maximize game drive, enjoy your packed lunch in the picnic site and proceed with game drive. All meals and overnight at Into Wild Tented Camp.

Day 3 : Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater

Depart Serengeti at 0700hrs with packed lunch to Ngorongoro Crater, You will arrive around 1000hrs and descend into the crater some 600 meters to experience the true spirit of Africa, the Africa of bygone days when you explore the crater as permanent home of wildlife population, long regarded as Africa’s “Garden of Eden”. From the comfort of your 4 x 4 vehicle crafted exclusively for game viewing will give an opportunity to spot Big five – Elephant, buffalo, leopard, black mane lion and the rare black rhino as well as hyenas, jackals, flamingos and the yawning hippos. Enjoy a delightful picnic lunch in the heart of this ancient volcanic crater close to the hippo pool. Early evening drive Marera Valley Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Overnight at Pamoja Olea Lodge

Day 4 : Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, depart to Tarangire National Park with a packed lunch. The park is beautiful, with a lot of baobab trees and elephants. Have a full-day game drive in the park, enjoy your lunch at the picnic site, and in the evening drive back to Arusha. This will be the end of your safari.

For a night in Arusha before and after the safari, we can offer you a rate of $ 60 per person at our accommodation, Haradali Home, including dinner.
