Day-by-Day Itinerary

Day 1: Arrived at Airport

Arrive at Kilimanjaro airport and meet your safari guide, who will be waiting outside with a signboard with one of your names. Soon after check-in at the airport, you will meet your guide with the signboard with your names on it. After greetings, you will be transferred to your accommodation in Arusha. 

The drive from Kilimanjaro International Airport (KIA) in Moshi to Arusha is 1 hour.

Arrive at Haradali Home in Arusha, where you will spend your night.

Day 2 : Arusha - Tarangire National Park (Game Drive)

On the second day of the Safari and Zanzibar Package, We are glad to have you staying with us at Haradali and now is the time to say goodbye so you can start your journey to visit Tanzania’s beautiful and famous national parks. Today you will start with Tarangire National Park. The park is named after the Tara River within the park. Tarangire National Park is very popular with many elephants as well as other animals like Lions, wildebeests, buffalos, zebras, leopards etc. This park has an area of 2,850 km². The Tara River is used by animals for water. Tarangire National Park also has very large baobab trees that have lived for many years.
By 08:00hrs in the morning, your driver will be waiting for you while your packed lunch is ready in the car. You will head directly to Tarangire National Park for all day game drive. During lunch hours, you will have a picnic lunch inside the park and enjoy the packed lunch we have prepared for you. Your game drive will end in the late afternoon when you will drive to your lodge in Karatu.

In the evening, you will head to Pamoja Olea Farm for dinner and overnight.

Day 3 : Drive to Serengeti National Park

This is probably going to be one of the most exciting days of your safari. The great Serengeti will be within your reach. On this day, you will leave with a packed lunch after breakfast and head towards Serengeti through Ngorongoro. You will leave Pamoja by 0730hrs. On the way, the Rift Valley will be one of the most beautiful views in front of you and a stop at the Ngorongoro Crater View Point will be the highlight of the drive.
‘Serengeti’ is a Maasai word that means ‘Endless Plain’ as it represents a vast plain that goes towards the horizon. It is about 14,763 square kilometers and consists of three parts; The Northern, Southern and Central (Seronera). Serengeti is known for the existence of The Circle of Life and demonstrates this through The Great Migration. During the july-oct time of the year, the wildebeest will be moving from the Serengeti eco system via Mara River to Masai Mara In Kenya and vice versa. This is an amazing safari experience so far.
You will arrive at Serengeti in the afternoon and stop for a picnic lunch, then proceed with a game drive in this beautiful, endless plain.

After the long day, you will head over to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay at Into wild Serengeti

Short 4 Days joining Tanzania safari

Day 4 : Serengeti National park full Day

Today you will go for your full game drive in northern Serengeti National Park. Serengeti National Park is undoubtedly the best-known wildlife sanctuary in the world, unequalled for its natural beauty and scientific value, it has the greatest concentration of game plains in Africa. The Serengeti ecosystem is one of the oldest on earth. The essential features of climate, vegetation and fauna have barely changed in the past million years. Some patterns of life, death, adaptation and migration are as old as the hills themselves!
In the evening, you will be driven back to the Into wild Serengeti

Day 5 : Serengeti- Ngorongoro Crater tour

Today you will explore the Ngorongoro Crater. From Serengeti earl in the morning, drive to Ngorongoro Known as the 8th wonder of the world, Ngorongoro Crater is known for its exquisite beauty. You will descend into the crater which is filled with both vegetation, forestry and animals. The crater was formed by volcanic activities in the past that caused the creation of a caldera. The caldera got deeper and bigger with a depth of about 610meters.

Ngorongoro Conservation Area covers an area of about 260 squared kilometers. Get to explore Africa’s ‘Garden of Eden’ in the comfort of your safari vehicle and get to spot the Big five – Elephant, buffalo, leopard, black mane lion and the rare black rhino. You will also be able to see hyenas, jackals, flamingos and the yawning hippos. Enjoy a delightful picnic lunch in the heart of this ancient volcanic crater close to the hippo pool.

After a long day in the crater, late evening, drive to your lodge
